A lot has happened since Marc J. Kimmich took over as Managing Director in October 2025. Since March 2026, he has been joined by Marc Ramhofer as a second Managing Director. Together, they lead COPRO Immobilienmanagement GmbH as a strong team: two people who know COPRO inside and out and stand for what defines the company - continuity, reliability, and expertise.
Marc Ramhofer has been part of COPRO for many years, most recently as Site Manager in Stuttgart. He knows exactly what matters when it comes to looking after properties and owners, and now brings this hands-on experience to the management team.
We are also pleased that, since this generational transition, we have been entrusted with additional properties in Stuttgart and Berlin. We see this trust as a commitment we fulfil every day: staying close to our owners, close to our tenants, and close to the properties themselves.
