Real estate developer COPRO appoints two new managing directors

COPRO Projektentwicklung GmbH, headquartered in Berlin with a branch in Stuttgart, has appointed Liza M. Kil and Heben Woldai as managing directors.

Project manager Liza M. Kil (HTW Berlin and BBW Hochschule Berlin) has been with COPRO Berlin since 2014, responsible for projects such as Geisberg and Glint, and oversees the transaction and acquisition departments.

Diploma in Industrial Engineering Heben Woldai (HKA- Hochschule Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences) previously worked at COPRO in Stuttgart from 2009 to 2013. She then managed project control for Microsoft projects in Germany as a Key Account Manager for the international project management company Mace Group. Since 2015, she has led project management at COPRO in Berlin, focusing on developer measures, revitalization of existing properties, and heritage protection renovations.

COPRO founder Marc F. Kimmich has stepped back from operational business in the context of the leadership restructuring at COPRO Projektentwicklung GmbH and will accompany the strategic development of the COPRO Group as a shareholder alongside Nils Erichsen and Ansgar Oberholz in the COPRO advisory board.

Antje Kimmich, managing director of COPRO Beteiligungs GmbH and responsible for personnel and organizational development of the COPRO Group since its founding, stated: "Liza M. Kil and Heben Woldai, as new managing directors, not only bring extensive real estate expertise but also have a deep understanding of the COPRO Group and its projects. Liza M. Kil is the operational contact for sales coordination and finance, while Heben Woldai is responsible for technology and construction."
