The historic Woldzegarten Manor gets new owners

COPRO and the flex office pioneer St. Oberholz are revitalizing the historic site on Lake Müritz into a campus that combines living, working, culture, sports, and recreation in a novel way.

"The new concept for the Woldzegarten Manor is groundbreaking for the Müritz region. I am delighted that this place will soon be accessible to everyone again," says Stefanie Nürnberg, Mayor of the municipality of Leizen.

In the coming months, new forms of living, micro-working lofts, a wellness area, coworking spaces, and restaurants will be created. The overall architectural concept for the redesign of the site comes from the Danish architect and furniture designer Sigurd Larsen. The new Woldzegarten Manor will be an open space where local and urban communities from Berlin and Hamburg can come together. The opening is planned in part for late summer 2022.

The successful collaboration between St. Oberholz and COPRO is already evident in the Kreuzberg pioneering project B-Part Am Gleisdreieck, a laboratory for the ideal urban quarter with a public café, coworking spaces, an outdoor sports park and multifunctional rooms for art exhibitions and events.
