GLINT Berlin: Now Gold-Certified!

After years of development, it's official: The German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) has awarded GLINT in Berlin with Gold certification.
From the outset, our ambition was to preserve the historic character of this Gründerzeit ensemble while delivering a high-quality, sustainable property.
A huge thank you to our Senior Project Manager, Dennis Trutty, and Project Manager Felix Hoffmann, who steered the complex certification process through its final stages, navigating more than a few bureaucratic hurdles along the way.
A brilliant piece of work!
