As CEO of the COPRO Group, Karsten Baurschmidt is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company, including business development, corporate strategy, and the oversight of all business areas. Previously, he was a member of the management board at Kessler + Co GmbH & Co KG, led the single family office of the shareholder families, and served as managing director of GMG Immobilien GmbH & Co KG. He gained international experience at General Electric in London as well as at Ernst & Young in Frankfurt and London. He studied industrial engineering at KIT Karlsruhe and holds a CEFA/CIIA qualification from Frankfurt.

Marc Julius Kimmich represents the next generation of COPRO, combining international expertise with a modern understanding of property management. After completing his Master's degree in Real Estate Development at IE Business School in Madrid, he took on early responsibilities within the group and most recently served as the Commercial Director of COPRO Immobilienmanagement GmbH.

As Managing Director, Marc Julius Kimmich continues to independently lead the management. COPRO Immobilienmanagement remains the central service provider for the group's own portfolio in Berlin and Stuttgart, and also manages external property assets.

Nils Erichsen is a supervisory board member and advisor in various companies across the service, retail, real estate, and mechanical engineering sectors both domestically and internationally. The native Hamburger and trained business economist (EBS University) Erichsen is responsible as managing partner, among other roles, at the family holding UBE Erichsen Beteiligungs GmbH, as well as managing director of several companies. The passionate entrepreneur has years of experience in finance and strategic corporate management.

Founder, visionary, investor – Marc F. Kimmich, a graduate in Business Administration (EBS University) and founder of the COPRO Group, draws on over 30 years of professional experience in real estate project development. A passionate entrepreneur and family man, Marc F. Kimmich's career has included formative experiences at the renowned American project developer Tishman Speyer Properties. His diverse and innovative thinking, philanthropic endeavors, and strong analytical skills combined with a strategic approach are highly valued in his professional network.

Ansgar Oberholz is the founder and CEO of St. Oberholz, which he co-founded with Koulla Louca in 2005 and which is now considered a milestone in the history of co-working. The New Work pioneer Ansgar Oberholz pursued his founding vision early on: to create a digital oasis for mobile working in the metropolis. Now based in Berlin, Ansgar Oberholz is bringing New Work principles to rural areas and into companies; he advises corporations such as Daimler, Deutsche Bahn, and Bertelsmann and is considered an expert on the phenomena of New Work and digital transformation. In addition to the co-working space in the B-Part Am Gleisdreieck, Oberholz operates more than five locations in Berlin and Brandenburg.
