Leasing success for office building in Berlin-Mitte

Berlin, March 22, 2018 – Real estate developer and investor COPRO has fully leased two floors in the office building at Wallstraße 27 in Berlin-Mitte.
Listed building in an Urban Setting
The building at Wallstraße 27 is a listed office and commercial building, constructed in 1913 near Berlin's government district and surrounded by numerous new residential projects that have been completed in the city center in recent years. The building is characterized by its distinctive appearance and the impressive entrance area with marble floors and stucco ceilings. Since March 15, 2018, the market research company Point Blank Research & Consultancy GmbH has been leasing the 511 m² office space on the second floor. Starting April 1, 2018, the intranet agency HIRSCHTEC will also move into the 4th floor, where the company will have a total of 474 m² of space at its disposal.
Modern workspaces for Innovative companies
Before handover, both spaces were renovated, taking into account the building's history and the new tenants' requirements. "We loosened up the traditional office layout by installing glass partitions and creating openings in the walls, making it more transparent," explains Marc F. Kimmich, founder and CEO of COPRO AG. "We are pleased that we have succeeded in creating attractive work environments that will draw innovative companies to the heart of Berlin." The leasing was handled by COPRO Sales & Services with the support of real estate consultants JLL and Colliers International Berlin GmbH.
