The Berlin-based real estate developer has once again been certified according to ISO 9001:2015 for its excellent quality management.
In companies, quality management (QM) encompasses all organizational measures aimed at improving process quality, work quality, and consequently, product and service quality. COPRO is convinced that an effective quality management system is essential for addressing the complex demands of today and achieving success – which is why COPRO has been committed to this voluntary optimization process since 2017.
As an international standard, ISO 9001:2015 is the most important and well-known QM standard and defines the requirements for a quality management system. A comprehensive certification audit is conducted every three years, most recently in 2020. COPRO works closely with the German Association for the Certification of Management Systems (DQS) in this process. The external auditors evaluate internal processes and, through their input, drive continuous self-monitoring and systematic development in line with a continuous improvement process. We are particularly pleased that COPRO once again achieved excellent results in this year's surveillance audit, in which the initiated processes are examined for implementation and effectiveness.
