Topping-out ceremony for the GLINT building complex

The topping-out wreath was recently raised above the completed shell of the GLINT building complex on Taubenstrasse in Berlin-Mitte. This was reason enough for project developer COPRO to thank everyone involved in the construction with a small celebration. COPRO Projektentwicklung GmbH Managing Director Heben Woldai emphasized in her address that the listed historic building in the heart of Berlin presented a particularly challenging task: a difficult logistical situation, increasing shortages of building materials, steadily rising construction costs, and numerous coordination efforts with authorities and neighbors. These challenges were mastered with flying colors. Now, they are looking forward with confidence to the building being ready for occupancy on schedule next year.
