Law Firm RA 0711 Moves into Office Space from COPRO at Kornbergstrasse 36
Berlin/Stuttgart, June 14, 2017 – Real estate investor and developer COPRO has leased approximately 525 square meters of office space to the law firm RA 0711 Rechtsanwälte Stuttgart Sauer + Partner. This means the revitalized building at Kornbergstrasse 36, near Hölderlinplatz in Stuttgart-West, remains fully occupied. The firm has been based in Stuttgart for over ten years. As specialists in inheritance law, the lawyers provide comprehensive support to clients on all matters relating to inheritance and estate planning. Antje Kimmich, Managing Director of AK ImmobilienServices GmbH, brokered the lease on behalf of COPRO for a ten-year term. "With our modern office space in an excellent location, we were able to meet the tenant's high standards," explains Antje Kimmich.
Extensive Renovation While Preserving the 1950s Character
The five-story building, located in one of Stuttgart's most popular districts, was built in 1956 and extensively revitalized in 2014 by COPRO in collaboration with the architects Sindlinger + Vogt. A key focus was preserving the characteristic flair of the 1950s building through a careful and sensitive renovation. For example, the period-typical tile facade on the main building was retained. The windows were also preserved and accentuated with electrically operated sunshades. The interior design focused on "smart" optimizations that ensure modern use within the 1950s ambiance.
Integration into a Vibrant Neighborhood
COPRO's core competence is reflected in preserving the original character of the office building while simultaneously ensuring a contemporary use. The meticulously revitalized building blends seamlessly into the surrounding neighborhood, which comprises commercial, residential, cultural, and leisure spaces.
Today, the L-shaped building offers space for six commercial units, totaling 2,913 square meters of office and workshop space. In addition to the law firm RA 0711, the architectural firm Lederer Ragnarsdóttir Oei, the oil and gas company Tessol GmbH, and the architects Reichl, Sassenscheidt and Partner are also located at Kornbergstraße 36.
