COPRO Anniversary Publication EDITION 25

"This book is both a retrospective and a look ahead. How could it be otherwise when life, our work, is always a work in progress?" – so says COPRO CEO Marc F. Kimmich, reflecting on a quarter-century of COPRO. The company's 25th anniversary was used as an opportunity to pause, look back, and simultaneously look to the future. The result is EDITION 25, a publication that takes the reader on a journey from COPRO's beginnings to the future.

The Edison Courtyards, the real estate developer's first significant project, were the seedbed for the company's philosophy: It was there that the first artistic interim use project was launched, shaping the vision of interdisciplinary collaboration, holistic thinking, and a commitment to the exceptional to this day. This is particularly evident in the strong integration of art and architecture, which has characterized every COPRO project since. EDITION 25 proudly presents a selection of these projects. The 300-page anniversary publication was created in collaboration with the renowned Berlin agency CeeCee Creative.

In 25 years, COPRO has experienced, learned, and built a great deal. The company has evolved from a renovation specialist to a developer and is now tackling a completely new, highly complex, and incredibly exciting challenge, including the Urban Center at Gleisdreieck. All of COPRO's partners, friends, and employees have contributed to making it what it is today. EDITION25 is therefore a special tribute to all of them.

The publication received an award from the ADC Awards in June 2019.
