GEISBERG Berlin” receives the DGNB Gold Certificate

Our “GEISBERG” project in Berlin-Schöneberg has been awarded the DGNB Gold Certificate.
The post office building, constructed in 1925, was carefully restored, modernized, and expanded with additional wings and rooftop structures by our COPRO Projektentwicklung GmbH and project partner FORE Partnership, together with the Berlin architecture firm O&O Baukunst. It has been converted into a modern residential quarter with community spaces.
In carrying out this transformation, the team at COPRO Projektentwicklung GmbH managed a highly complex development plan process under stringent heritage protection requirements.
We are delighted that the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) has now honored our project with the DGNB Gold Certificate.
