Our latest project in the “Retreat” asset class: “The Lake House”

Our latest project in the “Retreat” asset class, “The Lake House,” is featured in the current issue of AD magazine!

Set amid picturesque nature on the outskirts of Berlin—nestled between forest and lake—stands a special building by Danish architect Sigurd Larsen. The Lake2Forest sports, health, and events center combines modern design with sustainable, circular construction. Off-site prefabrication at Künzli Davos AG not only shortened the construction time, it also reduced the impact on the environment and the neighborhood—a real milestone in COPRO’s sustainable development strategy.

The Lake House is a place for connection, relaxation, and well-being—whether workshops, mindfulness training, team-building, or yoga classes. The atmosphere invites rest, exchange, roundtable discussions, and inspiring evenings by the fireplace. The decision to use wood as the primary building material underscores our environmental commitment. This project reflects our vision that the connection between people and nature is essential for physical and mental well-being.

Learn more about the innovative architecture and the philosophy behind “The Lake House” in the AD magazine article. We’re proud that COPRO is once again setting benchmarks in sustainable, forward-looking construction.
