Therbusch’sche Ressource
Subtle on the outside, the building reveals its beauty upon entry. As the headquarters of the renowned Sprüth Magers Gallery, the exhibition halls offer a view of the almost forgotten Krausnick Park. The "Therbusch Resource" serves as a meeting point for art and media enthusiasts – from the upper floors, the view extends all the way to Museum Island.

When the spirit of the times develops faster than its surroundings, it is important to modernize with a forward-thinking perspective. Key factors include: the location close to the Spree, an unobstructed view of Moabiter Ottoplatz, and the refined mix of residential and business structures in the neighborhood. B-Part Am Gleisdreieck is, on a small scale, what Urbane Mitte Am Gleisdreieck is ultimately meant to become: a place for all people and companies who want to change, grow, and realize their potential.
Urbane Mitte am Gleisdreieck
The "Urbane Mitte Am Gleisdreieck" project is located on one of the last undeveloped plots directly at the Gleisdreieck subway station, in close proximity to Potsdamer Platz. With foresight and creative vision, a sustainable district is being created that is flexible and responsive to developments and changing user needs.
Building description
On the approximately 1,841 m² plot, a five-storey office building was constructed in 1956. The building has a lift and 54 parking spaces in the garage and in the courtyard (42 of which are tandem spaces).
The basemented property is heated via district heating. Hot water is provided decentrally via under-sink storage heaters.
Surroundings
The property is situated in the sought-after Stuttgart-West district, just a stone’s throw from the Bosch area and the Liederhalle. The city centre and the main railway station can be reached within a few minutes, the Hölderlinplatz light-rail (Stadtbahn) station (U4) is a five-minute walk away, and the Stuttgart motorway interchange is around 15 minutes away—offering ideal connections to both the city and the surrounding region.
