Charm of the Gründerzeit, modernly extended

The historic post office from 1900 stands as a prominent landmark in the heart of Zehlendorf, not far from Teltower Damm and Zehlendorf S-Bahn station. Its freestanding position and the magnificent Gründerzeit façade give the building a commanding presence.

The central location ensures excellent accessibility within the district and direct connections to Berlin and Potsdam. The town hall, service providers, and shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity.

The addition of two attic floors has expanded the rental space to approximately 2,110 m². High-quality fittings, modern building technology, efficient floor plans, and sustainable construction create a contemporary, attractive working environment.

Surroundings

The building is located in the Berlin district of Zehlendorf, not far from the city centre. Berlin's city centre is quickly accessible via Potsdamer Chaussee, Teltower Damm, and Clayallee.

The Zehlendorf S-Bahn station (S1) is in sight, and bus lines stop about a 2-minute walk away. The A115 highway is approximately a 10-minute drive.

The surrounding area offers a lively mix of restaurants, shops, and service providers. A small forecourt will be transformed into a green park area in the future, creating a quiet and relaxed atmosphere for tenants.

When the spirit of the times develops faster than its surroundings, it is important to modernise with a forward-thinking perspective. Key factors include: the location close to the Spree, an unobstructed view of Moabiter Ottoplatz, and the refined mix of residential and business structures in the neighbourhood. This ensures that living and working remain contemporary for the future.
