
In late 2018, COPRO, together with two private investors, acquired the property in Klosterfelde, north of Wandlitz. Under the leadership of COPRO Projektentwicklung GmbH, initial steps were taken before the project was continued by a business partner. The goal remains to create a vibrant, sustainable neighbourhood based on the existing overall concept.
The focus is on diverse housing options – from terraced houses to multi-family buildings, as well as apartment buildings, including affordable units. Complementary infrastructure such as a kindergarten, a community centre with a therapeutic swimming pool, a marketplace, a neighbourhood petting zoo, and orchards will promote a livable community.
Paths and public spaces are designed as meeting places: garden paths, village greens, green oases, and traffic areas create an open, interconnected neighbourhood structure that integrates harmoniously into Klosterfelde.
The 6.6-hectare site in Klosterfelde was recognised early on as a development location. In late 2020, the zoning plan was established in coordination with the municipality of Wandlitz. The goal is to transform the former Innova industrial site into a vibrant residential neighbourhood .

At Alexanderstraße 141, eleven residential units are being created across five floors, offering 25 to 158 m² of living space for all life situations.
