At Alexanderstraße 141, eleven residential units are being created across five floors, offering 25 to 158 m² of living space for all life situations. The highlights are the two top-floor maisonette apartments, spanning from the 3rd floor up to the 2nd attic level, with wonderful views over Stuttgart.

The historic building at Alexanderstraße 141, built in 1921 and extended in 1926, has been comprehensively renovated according to designs by the architectural firm Sindlinger + Vogt.
The renovation combines the historic façade with modern living comfort: attractive bay windows, an additional full floor, and exceptional sightlines along Alexanderstraße create a harmonious overall appearance.
A special highlight is the former coal cellar with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor, which has been lovingly preserved as a bathroom. Sandblasted vaulted stones, newly pointed classic masonry, and a rain shower located at the old coal chute give the space a distinctive atmosphere.

At Alexanderstraße 141, 11 residential units ranging from 25 to 158 m² were created across five floors, including two penthouse maisonettes with expansive views over Stuttgart.
The building was renovated to meet KfW Efficiency House 85 standards: modern floor plans, thoughtful interior design, and numerous outdoor spaces in the form of balconies, terraces, or patios create a livable and bright atmosphere.
The central location allows for short distances to the city centre and quick connections to the airport, long-distance bus station, and highways – urban living with excellent connectivity.

Alexanderstraße 141, 70180 Stuttgart South

Subtle on the outside, the building reveals its beauty upon entry. As the headquarters of the renowned Sprüth Magers Gallery, the exhibition halls offer a view of the almost forgotten Krausnick Park. The "Therbusch Resource" serves as a meeting point for art and media enthusiasts – from the upper floors, the view extends all the way to Museum Island.

On the 6.6-hectare site in Klosterfelde, just north of Wandlitz and close to Berlin, a vibrant, open residential neighbourhood is planned to be created in place of the former commercial area.
