The Manor House

With the St. Oberholz Retreat, the COPRO Group, in collaboration with Ansgar Oberholz, has transformed a historic manor house in the Mecklenburg Lake District into a place for contemporary work and relaxation. Here, the history of the listed estate merges with the demands of modern working environments. In close coordination with partners and heritage conservation, a usage concept has been developed that unites work, living, relaxation, and exchange. This continues COPRO's long-standing experience in the transformation of historic properties, creating a retreat that uniquely combines digital connectivity, nature experiences, and community.
