The five-storey Kaiserbau, consisting of five buildings, dominates the scene at Marienplatz with its length of over 50 metres. It was designed in 1911 by architects Woltz & Bihl in the neoclassical style. The structure of this individual monument has been well preserved to this day.

The Kaiserbau is located directly at Stuttgart's "Zacke", the cog railway to Degerloch. The city centre and other districts are quickly and easily accessible, with excellent connections via public transport, B14, Heslacher Tunnel, and the motorway

Vibrancy and urbanity characterise the location at Marienplatz, with its high population density and immediate proximity to Stuttgart's fashion, culture, and restaurant scene. The attractiveness, appeal, and significance of Marienplatz have been continuously growing since its redesign in 2003 and the establishment of new businesses.

Together with the architecture firm Sindlinger & Vogt PartG mbB, the existing areas were carefully and gradually refurbished or modernised, bringing the property to a contemporary yet heritage-compliant standard. New apartments and offices have been created, including a top-floor conversion restoring the original studio glazing. The existing mixed use of commercial and residential space will continue.

Marienplatz 11-14/ Hauptstätter Straße 154/ Tübinger Straße 111, 70178 Stuttgart South

When the spirit of the times develops faster than its surroundings, it is important to modernise with a forward-thinking perspective. Key factors include: the location close to the Spree, an unobstructed view of Moabiter Ottoplatz, and the refined mix of residential and business structures in the neighbourhood. This ensures that living and working remain contemporary for the future.

At Alexanderstraße 141, eleven residential units are being created across five floors, offering 25 to 158 m² of living space for all life situations. The highlights are the two top-floor maisonette apartments, spanning from the 3rd floor up to the 2nd attic level, with wonderful views over Stuttgart.
