The striking eight-story office building was refurbished in collaboration with the architecture firm Barkow Leibinger. Located in a central position in Stuttgart-West, it offers a breathtaking panoramic view over all of Stuttgart from the newly expanded penthouse.

The Lloyd House, built in the 1970s, is a striking office high-rise in a central location on Schloßstraße, not far from Berlin Square. With its clear architectural language and distinctive height, the building makes a bold statement in the urban skyline.

2,200 square metres in a popular and vibrant residential area of the city. On six floors, a total of 12 rental units ranging from 120 to 192 m² are available along the extended gallery mile of Potsdamer Straße, offering flexible layouts, open space concepts, and bright, light-filled floors that provide ample room for productive work.
