LLOYD House
The striking eight-story office building was refurbished in collaboration with the architecture firm Barkow Leibinger. Located in a central position in Stuttgart-West, it offers a breathtaking panoramic view over all of Stuttgart from the newly expanded penthouse.

Roseck Castle
Roseck Castle, a historic castle complex located on the edge of the Schönbuch Nature Park above Tübingen, is being developed by COPRO in coordination with the local council and heritage office into a place where tradition and modern use harmonise.
Therbusch’sche Ressource
Subtle on the outside, the building reveals its beauty upon entry. As the headquarters of the renowned Sprüth Magers Gallery, the exhibition halls offer a view of the almost forgotten Krausnick Park. The "Therbusch Resource" serves as a meeting point for art and media enthusiasts – from the upper floors, the view extends all the way to Museum Island.
Calle 13
The special “Calle 13” project is located far from COPRO’s Berlin and Stuttgart bases—in the colonial heart of the Colombian capital, Bogotá, in the La Candelaria district.

The Lloyd House, built in the 1970s, is a striking office high-rise in a central location on Schloßstraße, not far from Berlin Square. With its clear architectural language and distinctive height, the building makes a bold statement in the urban skyline.
