The distinctive building designed by Joseph P. Kleihues in 1993 was comprehensively modernised in 2012 and reopened as an office and medical practice centre. Modernly designed entrance areas, corridors and leasable spaces create an appealing environment for our tenants.

On the ground floor there are two commercial units: a pharmacy and a medical supply store. Across six upper floors, up to 12 office units are available, with areas ranging from 120 to 192 m². Parking spaces in the building’s own underground car park complete the offering.

Surroundings

The building is located in Berlin’s Schöneberg district, close to the city centre near Kaiser-Wilhelm-Platz. Potsdamer Platz can be reached quickly via Hauptstraße and Potsdamer Straße.

The Innsbrucker Platz S- and U-Bahn station (U4) as well as Schöneberg S-Bahn station (S1, S41, S42) are just a few minutes’ walk away. Several bus lines stop directly outside the building, and the A115 and A100 motorways are also easily accessible.
