Köpenicker Straße 10

Directly on the Spree River with views of the East Side Gallery and Oberbaum Bridge, the building from 1899 combines work-life balance and business. Sustainably renovated and revitalized, it blends the charm of bygone days with a modern industrial atmosphere. The waterfront location, private rooftop terraces, and the greened inner courtyard provide daily new inspiration.

Working with a view of the Spree

The residential and commercial building at Köpenicker Straße 10 is a listed monument dating from 1899. The building ensemble consists of three sections connected by landscaped courtyards.

These include two residential buildings (front building and transverse wing) as well as a former factory building that has been lovingly refurbished. It now houses modern office lofts that leave nothing to be desired in terms of functionality.

Surroundings

The building is in a popular neighbourhood between Schlesisches Tor and Engelbecken. Around the well-known “Markthalle Neun” you’ll find a well-established infrastructure with all daily necessities, restaurants, as well as doctors, daycare centres, and schools.

The “Schlesisches Tor” U-Bahn station (U1) and the “Warschauer Straße” S- and U-Bahn station (U1/S5/S7/S75) are just a few minutes’ walk away. Several bus lines (265, N65, and N1) run along Köpenicker Straße.
